Eastbourne House Cancellation Policy Applicable from 20th April 2008 |

If you wish to book a room for just one night we
are happy to reserve a room with no deposit required and no cancellation
penalty. We only ask that if you do need to cancel then you inform us as soon as
possible. If you would like to book for a longer period or multiple rooms then we suggest you use our secure on-line booking facility to provide your credit card details. Alternatively you may call us with your card details. We shall charge a deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation. If you need to cancel your booking then your deposit will be refunded in full providing you have given us notice of at least 48 hours. If you give us no notice of cancellation we may at our discretion charge up to the full amount of the booking.
