Eastbourne House Cancellation Policy Applicable from 20th August 2008 |

If you wish to book a room for just one night we
are happy to reserve a room with no deposit required. We only ask that if you do need to cancel then you inform us as soon as
possible. If you would like to book for a longer period or multiple rooms then we suggest you use our secure on-line booking facility to provide your credit card details. Alternatively you may call us with your card details. If you need to cancel your booking then no charge will be made providing you have given us notice of at least 48 hours. If you give us less than 48 hours notice of cancellation and the room cannot be re-booked we shall charge for one night. If you give us no notice of cancellation we shall charge for one night and may at our discretion charge up to the full amount of the booking except when the room is re-booked on subsequent nights
