 With private bath/shower on different floor:

£40 per night for single occupancy.

With private shower room on same floor:

All rooms are equipped with, digital freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, fan, luggage rack, chair or chairs, plenty of storage and most importantly a comfortable bed.
